About Us

Pam is a relational leader with many years of experience in women’s ministry. While at Gateway Church in Southlake, TX, she served as a leader of numerous groups and served in an advisory role with the small group ministry team. Pam is passionate about helping women discover their gifts and talents and releasing them to lead and minister to others. Pam enjoys shopping, being with her friends and sleeping really late on Saturdays. But most of all, she enjoys being the wife and best friend of Pastor Brady and being a mom to Abram and Callie. Pam has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from LSU-Shreveport and is a native of Ruston, Louisiana.

Karen Gates serves as the Pastor of Women's Small Groups at New Life Church, having served on the staff since 1999. Karen brings more than 25 years of management, administration, human resources and volunteer development experience from many organizations, including education, for-profit companies, and non-profit agencies. She graduated from Colorado College with a B.S. degree in Anthropology and Linguistics in 1992.

Karen and her husband Steve have been married 39 years and started attending New Life Church in 1988. They have taught children’s Sunday school classes together and led small groups. They have one daughter who is married and has blessed them with a wonderful grandson.

Gloria Gildea is the Director of BELIEVE serving the single mom families. Prior to coming on staff, she and her family have served here at New Life for over 20 years, and the beat goes on. She has three married children and growing numbers of grandchildren.

Wanda served for 28 years with her husband as Pastors and Evangelists both in the United States and East Africa.  She is a retired Registered Nurse and has five children and eight grandchildren.  She now provides Pastoral Care for Women as a part of the New Life Groups Department.
